  I went to Randy's on a recommendation from a friend. The store is small and the guy working was not super knowledgeable about the flooring we were interested in. HOWEVER, we decided to have someone come out to measure and give us a quote because they carried the flooring we wanted. Randy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than the two other chain stores we went to. They had our floors down in 2 days instead of the 3 they quoted us for demo and installation.They even fixed some rot they found and only charged us a little extra to fix it and fixed some other weird quirks our old flooring had. It looks fantastic. They did a great job and Randy was easy to work with. Very pleased.

  There is rarely anyone in the store who can actually answer questions. It seems as if Randy himself is the only one who can do anything, and he is never there.
